Also known as the queen of meditation, Kundalini Meditation works to awaken our dormant spiritual energy, the Kundalini. With simple techniques of shaking, dancing, sitting silently, and relaxing, this one-hour technique can quickly help the 21st-century man to de-stress and uncoil after a hectic day of work. This meditation can be a breakthrough for those trying to connect with their inner vital energy and, at the same time, instantly de-stress and let go of accumulated mental and physical stress.
Instructions will start 10 minutes before the time of meditation (4:50 pm NPT), there will be an opportunity to ask questions after the event.
