We provide the best shipping rates available in the market. We only ship by air. The shipping will be done via a standard / renowned express courier service. We generally ship via UPS, EMS, ARAMEX, Skynet, DHL, First Flight or FedEx depending upon the coverages of these couriers.
The standard shipping in the shopping page is the least among all of the couriers. If you would like us to send by some specific courier company, let us know including your ordernumber and then we can use that method with some additional cost.
Shippings are calculated in the multiples of 0.5 Kgs about 16-17 cds/DVDs make a KG. We suggest that you order at least 16cd/dvds when you place an order. This way cost of shipping per cd will be less. There is no additional handling charge associated with shipping.
Returns
We try our best to do the quality checking of the products we sell. In case you are not satisfied with the quality,(or may be the discs / items get damaged in transit) we will replace that with an alternate choice (or a fresh copy in case of damaged item) at the earliest.
